Observations from small coastal towns, walking paths, and days spent outdoors.
FIELD NOTE / 01An early walk
The waterfront is easiest to notice in the quiet hour before work begins. The water holds the light, lines tap against masts, and the first footsteps carry across the quay.
Take a familiar walk without a destination. Leave a little time to watch what changes when you stop moving.
FIELD NOTE / 02Keep a small notebook
Write down a street name, the weather, or something you noticed on the way. A few lines can bring back the details of a day long after a photograph has lost its place.
